I deleted all my content from FullofKnowledge. However, this piece disappeared when my first Bubblews account vanished without explanation.

Note 1: Updated link to the revised FTC online advertising disclosure guidelines.

Note 2: Think about the fact that this piece was first published on May 20, 2013.  With this updated posting, it is now over one and half years later. Sadly, some of these questions do not have answers. Some of these answers to these questions appear incomplete and/or seemingly came to life when Bubblews reinvented it’s TOS in the latter part of 2014 after much money changed or did not change hands. It makes one wonder, what standards Bubblews has used and continues to use in determining who and who not to pay based upon the enforcement of the evolving TOS.

Note 3: Do you think Bubblews has paid all TOS abiding bubblers or do you believe TOS abiding bubblers exist that have not get paid in full?

Note 4: Do you think Bubblews has not paid all TOS violating bubblers or do you believe TOS violating bubblers exist that have received some monetary compensation from Bubblews?

Note 5: If there has existed TOS abiding bubblers and/or TOS violating bubblers that have not been paid, what do you suppose has happened to any and all of the money that Bubblews derived from the benefit of displaying that content on the Bubblews website.

Note 6: If there has existed TOS violating bubblers that have been paid, how do you think Bubblews financed these incorrect payments and do you think this had any impact on the Bubblews experience for all TOS abiding bubblers?

Gentle readers, let me ask all of you this question. Is Bubblews a scam or legit site?

  1. Yes they are a scam and always have been from the start. This recent stuff hitting the fan on New Years Eve was the icing on the cake for me. They are guilty of fraud, I have no doubts about that given my legal brain. If a Bubbler has emails that say missing payments will be looked into or written promises from Arvind or other staff at Bubblews, that is enough to sue them for fraud. There is a class action suit pending and Bubblews were served with papers, I have this information due to a friend of mine who was also messed around by this site. I would not mind getting a piece of that action myself, but given that I live in Australia I am guessing it would need to be a separate law suit involving Australian writers that have been duped out of payments.

  2. Ligit or illigit, They have made it too hard to make any money with them. When you file for a $50 redemption, you get $31. I don’t get their (reasoning) if they even have any.

  3. Bubblews had let down a large number of honest members and paid a fortune to cheats and fraudsters.
