battle photoLate on the night of July 27, 2013 after commenting on some Bubblews posts, at the suggestion of another user, I made a post on BubblewsSupport1 and BubblewsModerator3 profiles. On their profiles, I echoed my interest in the spirit of Bubblews to engage in a LyricalBattle with Arvind, BubblewsSupport1 and BubblewsModerator3.

Later I discovered I could not sign into Bubblews anymore. In the early morning hours of July 28, 2013, I sent an email to Arvind to alert him to the situation and to ask him for his advice. I know he is a very busy fellow so it doesn’t come as any surprise that as of this posting that I have not yet heard back from him. I hope he sends a response sometime soon.

Over the last few months, I have spent quite some time on Bubblews. Though it is fun interacting with fellow writers and friends there in the viewing, liking and commenting of each others posts, I do believe Bubblews needs to clarify their rules so people can use the site with some reasonable degree of certainty that they are operating within its parameters. I raised this issue plenty of times both on FullofKnowledge and on Bubblews. I believe that I was objective, respectful and professional in my questioning of certain rules and issues on the site. I know others share my same confusion and concern, for I see people Bubblew continuing to make posts or ask questions about matters that I too expressed my concerns about.
I had not yet attempted to redeem any of the money in my Bubblews bank. This was in part, because over three months ago my account had been flagged. I had tried desperately to get that matter resolved. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in getting it resolved before my account disappeared. However, I do not feel that Bubblews made any meaningful effort to address my situation.
Now I know that I can call on Sue and Lou, but gentle readers if you were in my shoes with regards to Bubblews what would you do?

Note 1: As of this posting, though having exchanged several emails, Arvind has not solved the riddle of my first Bubblews account mysteriously disappearing without explanation. Perhaps, he has over committed himself to other LyricalBattles.

Gentle readers, let me ask all of you this question. Is Bubblews a scam or legit site?

  1. Getting issues resolved on Bubblews is like pulling teeth. I read many of your posts and you were always professional, polite and respectful towards everyone. What I saw was a writer asking reasonable questions. I wonder if they had an issue with the fact that Full of Knowledge was quite popular at that time, I am not sure how the site is doing now as I have not posted there in a while and have not seen payment for a while, but in 2013 Full Of Knowledge was a very well recommended site to write for. I suppose you have heard the latest, with Avi’s new app; well he will need lots of luck with that because his reputation is mud. Am I a bad person for being so angry with him and Bubblews that I want his app to fail dismally?

    • Janelle, thanks for their support. I don’t know what the situation was, but I don’t think I was alone in my Bubblews experiences. You raise an interesting question in asking, “Am I a bad person for being so angry with him and Bubblews that I want his app to fail dismally?” Should we put it to a vote?
